Wood-based biomass pellet production process: First, determine the raw materials. Larger biomass raw materials such as relatively intact branches, trunks, and construction templates are initially processed as follows:
Step 1: Crush the raw materials into small wood chips using a wood chipper. If the raw materials contain impurities such as iron nails, an iron removal device can be added after crushing.
Step 2: Crush the crushed wood chips into sawdust using a high-efficiency pulverizer. If the raw materials have a high moisture content, a dryer is needed to dry them to approximately 15%.
Step 3: Pelletize the previously processed raw materials using a pellet mill. If the raw materials are already crushed sawdust, rice husks, peanut shells, etc., pelletizing can be done directly using a pellet mill.
Step 4: Freshly produced pellets are at a high temperature. For smaller production volumes, they can be naturally cooled during transport. For larger production volumes, cooling equipment is required to cool the pellets.
Step 5: Package the pellets according to customer requirements, either in bags or ton bags.
