What are your payment and delivery terms?
Payment: 50% advance payment,50% balance before delivery. Delivery: In-stock items ship within 3 working days after advance payment receipt. Packaging: Equipment unpacked, spare parts in wooden cases, shipped in 1x 40ft container.

What technical and after-sales support do you provide?
Free production layout planning, foundation drawings and technical parameter support. On-site installation, commissioning and training (travel costs + $100/person/day service fee borne by client). 1-year warranty (excluding wearing parts) and lifelong maintenance services.
