1. During equipment operation, if the operator notices excessive current in the main unit or excessively high temperature in the pelletizing hopper, they should check for changes in the pressure roller gap and whether the gap between the pressure roller and the ring die has increased. If any abnormalities are found, the operator should inform the maintenance worker to adjust the pressure roller gap or the gap between the pressure roller and the ring die.
2. After the maintenance worker repairs the pressure roller with an excessive gap, and finds no other abnormalities, the pressure roller gap can be adjusted to meet production requirements.
3. Prepare for assembly before disassembly. To improve assembly efficiency and ensure correct assembly, carefully check and mark the parts during disassembly.
4. Before disassembly, clean the surface of dirt and oil. Keep the area clean during disassembly.
5. Disassemble only as needed, minimizing disassembly. Do not disassemble items that are not required to be disassembled.
6. Use appropriate tools during disassembly. Avoid forceful striking or hammering to prevent damage or deformation of parts.
7. Carefully inspect the disassembled pressure roller parts. Replace any unusable parts promptly. 8. Clean the disassembled parts with diesel fuel, then clean them again with clean diesel fuel. Wipe them clean with a cotton cloth and place them on a clean plastic bag or other clean, flat surface for later use.
9. On the disassembly device, press the outer ring of the bearing into the fixed position inside the pressure roller housing, then insert the inner ring of the bearing and add high-temperature resistant lubricating grease. Install the other bearing in the same way.
10. Install the high-temperature resistant oil seal and retaining spring.
11. Assemble the dust cover.
12. Adjust the pressure roller gap. When the gap is deemed suitable and the rollers operate smoothly, tighten the pressure nut and secure the retaining spring blades to fix the pressure roller gap.
